Certified Experience

Simon is a certified Predictive Index (PI)  Analyst. Predictive Index is a tool used to help understand what your motivational needs are and what is important to you that drives your behaviour. All of his clients start with the opportunity to gain better insight as to their struggling points, and what is making them stuck. From there, he works with clients to develop a detailed plan aimed at eliminating the behaviours that are growth limiting.  In addition, he provides coaching and counsel based on his extensive business experience, both in leading high growth, multimillion-dollar organizations and smaller entrepreneurial startups.
